If user entered incorrect User ID / Password - And account is locked

If user entered password multiple times and the account got locked. Then the user will raise an issue with the email template and the ticket is generated in Freshdesk. L1 team forward the ticket to   L2 team. L2 team verify the ticket and transfer it to L3 team. L3 team will resolve the issue.
