Why is the car list not being drag and dropped appropriately into the placeholder area in Homepage > Content Placeholder section?

In Content place Holder the user is able Drag and Drop the Cars which are present in the list. The user is able to

select the COLUMNS upto 4 accordingly it is displayed in frontend (Duplicates are not allowed)
