            In the Menu Manager section, on adding a new sub menu under Add Item , why is the added item opening on the same tab even if New Tab is chosen again the Target field?

            * For the same page In URL # symbol sholud be mentioned before WWW   (Ex:#WWW.URL.Com).

            * For the Diffterent same page In URL # symbol sholud be not  mentioned before WWW  (Ex:WWW.URL.Com)
