What’s the difference between Un-attended, Follow-ups and Qualified leads

Un-attended-   leads which were not attended for a certain period of time.

Follow-ups- Following up on a lead allows a business to establish a relationship with the lead and help them transition to a loyal, paying customer. 

Qualified Leads- Qualified Lead who has undergone a sales qualification process and has been moved into your sales process.
