How the user can qualify un-attended and follow up leads?

Un Attended- User can view unattended query

Follow up-User can view follow up enquiries

Qualified- User can view Followup enquiries

Call-  the user can call the customerdirectly by clicking on Call Icon

Mail- the user can email the customerby clicking on the email icon

Search icon- the user can search any enquiry from
